Michael C. James
Chief Executive Officer. Chief Financial Officer, Director
Mike James is responsible for the overall leadership of Inergetics. His leadership expertise includes corporate strategy, SEC compliance and corporate operations. He maintains institutional relationships with the Company’s investor base and actively participates in all aspects of the business. Prior to Inergetics, Mr. James served as CEO of Nestor, Inc. where he successfully completed a financial restructuring of the Company prior to its sale in September 2009 from the Receiver’s Estate in Superior Court of the State of Rhode Island. He also served on Nestor’s Board of Directors from 2006 to 2009 and has been the Managing Partner of Kuekenhof Capital Management, LLC, a private investment management company for the past ten years where he serves as Managing Director of Kuekenhof Equity Fund, L.P. and Kuekenhof Partners. Michael is also a director of Guided Therapeutics, Inc. where he serves as Chairman of the Compensation Committee and the Audit Committee. He was employed by Moore Capital Management, Inc., a private investment management company from 1995 to 1999 and held the position of Partner. He was employed by Buffalo Partners, L.P., a private investment management company from 1991 to 1994 and held the position of Chief Financial and Administrative Officer. He was employed by National Discount Brokers, Inc. (formerly Sherwood Securities Corp.) a publicly traded brokerage firm from 1986 to 1991 and held the position of Chief Financial Officer. He began his career in 1980 as a staff accountant with Eisner LLP.

Jim Kras
Chief Marketing Officer
As Chief Marketer, Jim heads the daily marketing efforts of Inergetics. The consummate team builder, Jim previously led Ajinomoto USA, a $14B pharmaceutical company as US Director of Marketing, where he built their US consumer marketing department from the ground up, launching new e-commerce platforms and products. Jim worked for Aegis/Carat (recently acquired by Dentsu, Inc. for $4.9B), running Wyndham Hotel Group’s digital marketing business as well as spearheading the Revlon account. Also, while at Search marketing pioneer iCrossing, he drove national account growth with clients such as Chrysler and Vitamin Shoppe helping to position iCrossing for acquisition (iCrossing was purchased by Hearst Publishing for $325M in 2010). His accomplishments straddle both media and consumer products. Jim’s nutraceutical business building success includes restructuring and relaunching MET-Rx Sports Nutrition and Pure Protein brands at NBTY (Nature’s Bounty) after acquisition from Rexall-Sundown, resulting in revenue growth from $90M to $200M+ in under three years (The Carlyle Group acquired NBTY for $3.8B in 2010).

Carl Germano RD, CNS, CDN
Chief Science Officer, Product Development
Carl Germano, RD, CNS, CDN is a NY Board Certified Clinical Nutritionist and presently serves as Chief Science Officer for Inergetics, Inc. He holds a masters degree in clinical nutrition from New York University and has over 30 years experience using innovative, complementary nutritional therapies in private practice and in product development. For the past 30 years, he has dedicated his efforts to research and product development for the nutritional (medical foods, functional beverages and dietary supplements) supplement industry, where he has been instrumental in bringing cutting-edge nutritional substances and formulations to market and served as VP of Product Development with companies such as Solgar, Country Life, Nutratech and others. Today, he continues his efforts in product development and research, has well over 200 products in the marketplace and is responsible for providing the industry with the next generation of clinically important nutraceutical ingredients. Aside from his clinical and product development experience, he is a frequent radio guest, lecturer and prolific writer with over 8 published books – his latest new book “The Misled Athlete: Effective Nutritional & Training Strategies Without The need For Steroids, Stimulants of Banned Substances” with forward by Super Bowl Champion Joe Theismann.

Marshall Post
Executive Vice President, Strategy & Partnerships
With over 25 years of consumer packaged goods experience, Marshall Post has worked with premier brands on both the corporate and ad agency side of the business. He has launched brand lines, extended existing ones, and turned around failing franchises. His strategic talents are only surpassed by his keen creative sense and his vision to capitalize on market opportunities. A generalist in all areas of marketing including television, print, radio and emerging media, he understands the necessity of developing integrated brand building programs. Marshall epitomizes what it takes to bring product from concept to shelf, and is the quintessential master of “sell-through.” One of the foremost authorities on strategically selling supplements, he has a pulse on identifying consumer needs and fulfilling them. He has served as VP Marketing at Twinlab, helping build the business into the leading nutritional supplement and sports nutrition company of its time with a bevy of sports nutrition, diet, herbal and herbal tea products. As NBTY’s Executive Director he oversaw the health food division, American Health, and later spearheaded their $200M sports nutrition division. His diversity of talent, experience and marketing know-how makes him a true asset to any organization’s business and is a key player of our management team.

Mark Mitchell
Senior Vice President of Sales
Mark is responsible for the national retail sales strategies and brokerage management of the Company’s brands for the Food, Drug, Mass and national U.S. Armed Forces customers. Prior to Inergetics, Mark served as the President of The Bogdon Candy Co., where he spearheaded corporate strategy, daily operations and sales /marketing. Mark was a standout performer at NBTY as Vice President of Sales at their US Nutrition division, driving the integration of Rexall Sundown, Inc. post merger. In addition to the merger responsibilities, Mark headed up the southern food/grocery market including the national military and dollar channel customers. Mark is the “full package” team sales leader with deep accomplishments Including attaining category captain at Target during his tenure at The Upper Deck Co. as well a completing the highly regarded CPG sales program at Dial Corporation as a junior sales executive.

Frank Guarino
Chief Operating Officer
Frank Guarino has been our Chief Operating Officer since July 1, 2010. Prior to July1, 2010 Mr. Guarino was the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the CFO of Millennium since 2001. Mr. Guarino was previously employed from 1997 through February 2001, as the Controller of First National Funding Corporation of America, a mortgage banking firm which grew from a small family business to a medium sized corporation with 55 branches nationwide producing over $350 million in annual volume at the time of his departure. From 1995 to 1997, Mr. Guarino was employed by Panasonic Broadcast and Television Systems Co., where his responsibilities evolved to an independent supervisory position in the accounts receivable department which collected over $400 million annually in accounts receivable from clients which included national television networks. Mr. Guarino earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. Peter’s College in 1997.
